Designed for crowd-control, but far from non-lethal. EM Charges utilize strong electromagnetic fields to carry high electric charge in slow moving capsules, hiding bubbles of coalescent ionized gas inside translucent arrays of coils. The charge remains functional for a number of seconds after deployment, using electromagnetism for homing.

It was originally intended to incapacitate anyone that gets in range, but the prototype amperage easily exceeded non-lethal, destroying targets. Not wanting to waste research, H-Ammo rebranded it as a destructive electromagnetic countermeasure, achieving satisfactory sales numbers.
