These Yakuza members are higher in the food chain, showing off their status by exposing their tattoo adorned chests and backs. Their cybernetics are more intricate as well, provided by Tora itself. This allows use of high calibre revolvers that they’ll gladly use on any interloper.

The Kyodai achieved status through loyalty, brutality, and dedication. It's not a very high status but they still think themselves samurai, even if they’re low gangsters… They have a face to keep in front of their inferiors, after all.
