This modification tunes the ARC cannon’s coils to serve as a gauss cannon, accelerating massive, condensed heavy metal particles to sub-light speeds.

The bleeding edge of arms development, scientists have yet to develop an armour plate capable of stopping this unorthodox projectile. The kinetic energy of the round is transferred into the targets as heat, causing spontaneous combustion of the materials it passes through, be it flesh, metal or plastic.
