Phoenix Militaries. formed by veterans of the bush wars. Composed of grunts and special forces, soldiers that lost their unrecognized state, this PMC provides enthusiastic mercenaries, elite training and precise intelligence; as well as legendarily reliable weaponry. They were involved in all major conflicts of the late 20th and early 21st century.
Many innovative doctrines, strategies and tactics were developed by them before general adoption – only after Phoenix created something more revolutionary - this includes deploying the first unit of augmented mercenaries.
