Early and eager adopters of low end implants, hacking off their limbs in dedication. They'll upgrade to something better when they rise in the ranks. Not likely if they encounter a CSA Combat Shell. They are loud and boisterous, each one trying to outdo the other in their show of suicidal dedication.
