HUB Upgrades
HUB Upgrades are permanent upgrades with 20 buffing the player no matter the selected Combat Shell, 15 buffing only specific Combat Shells, and 17 unlocking specific Shell Upgrades. There are a total of 52 HUB Upgrades that cost a grand total of 72200 XP and 186 Tokens.
The HUB Upgrades start off almost entirely locked behind Matrix Upgrades, which require Tokens to unlock. You start off with only 4 available HUB Upgrades, with each Matrix Upgrade unlocking 4 new non shell-specific hub upgrades, and 8 shell-specific hub upgrades. The names & costs of the Matrix Upgrades in-order are 'Confidential' requiring 3 TTs, 'Secret' requiring 6 TTs, 'Top Secret' requiring 12 TTs, and 'Deadlink' requiring 18 TTs.
The HUB Upgrades can be refunded all at once, giving back all XP and Tokens used, except for Matrix Upgrades, which cannot be refunded.
The sections that are not Combat Shell related also give the player various basic upgrades as they unlock the upgrades in that column.
For each initial purchase in a slot in one of these columns, that column's specified stat is increased my a small amount, and upon total completion in that column, one final stat increase is given, totaling to 6 stat increases.
For multi-level HUB Upgrades, only level 1 is required for the initial stat increase, but you much reach max level in order to achieve the final stat increase.
Each HUB Upgrade related to a Combat Shell that's marked with '[Extra Shell Upgrade]' will unlock a Shell Upgrade that will then be added to the loot-pool for all future runs
Shell Integrity
This column increases Max Health as you progress.
The progression in the upgrades are +3, +6, +9, +12, +15, and +20.
All damage output increased by 5% per level.
Total of 1050 XP to complete.
All incoming damage reduced by 5% per level.
Total of 850 XP & 3 TTs to complete.
Prevent Combat Shell from being Destroyed once per mission.
After each combat encounter, restore a percentage of Max Shield.
Total of 6000 XP & 6 TTs to complete.
Heal 25 HP when passing through XP door.
Shield Boost
This column increases Max Shields as you progress.
The progression in the upgrades are +3, +6, +9, +12, +15, and +20.
Gain an additional Dash.
Weapon Mod selection available at the start of mission.

Implant selection available at the start of mission.

Shell Upgrade selection available at the start of mission.

While at Max Shields, picking up Shields decreases Cooldowns of all Abilities by 0.2s.
Damage VS Marked
This column increases Damage Against Marked Enemies as you progress.
The progression in the upgrades are +5%, +10%, +13%, +16%, +20%, and +25%.
At the start of a mission, Alternate Heavy Weapon selection becomes available.
Higher quality Fire Weapon Mods become available.

Deep Pockets
This column increases Starting Credits as you progress.
The progression in the upgrades are +15, +30, +45, +60, +75, and +100.
Extra choices become available in Shops.

Level 4 Implant Upgrades become available.

After Translocating with a C-Ball, your cooldown is decreased by 5s, leaving only 2s remaining on the cooldown.
Increase the Critical damage dealt by the Hunter by 20%
While leaving Invisibility, gain 100% Crit Chance and 200% Crit Damage for shot, affecting every enemy if multiple enemies are hit.
The Wormlink can connect to a deployed Turret for 5s, increasing its Fire Rate to 1080 rpm and increasing its Range. The turret is deactivated upon disconnecting.

Killing a target affected by the Wormlink will reduce your cooldown by 65%.

Unlock Elemental Upgrades for the Turret.
Each Turret kill grants 1 Temporary Shield.
The Turret will priorotize the enemy affected by the Wormlink.

The Wormlink's connection to C-Balls last longer, increasing Fire Rate, Movement Speed, and Reload Speed.

You gain 40% Damage Reduction while the Wormlink is connected to an enemy.

Stray Redirector Explosion Radius is increased by 30%.
